I had not realized how neglected this blog had become. Apparently, life sometimes gets in the way.
As many times life brings roller coaster rides, ups and downs and all arounds. I had a recent down but an inspiration. Than I was listening to you tube when Joni Mitchell's "A Case of You" came on. I just broke down in tears.
Apparently, I have built a shell, maybe shell is not the best word, I built more of wall. Its that wall that you use to protect yourself from getting hurt. And than suddenly you realize that the wall can't protect you that you got hurt and you just need to cry.
Sometimes a good cry is a new start, a new beginning. A new path. A new light.
